The Just Tongue It website and service including (without limitation) all websites, mobile applications, and other interactive properties through which the service is delivered (collectively, the “Service”) are owned, operated, and distributed by Just Tongue It, Unipessoal Ld.ª a corporation (referred to in these Terms of Service as “Just Tongue It” or “we” and through similar words such as “us,” “our,” etc.).

The present document establishes the pre-contractual information relating to distance contracts on the www.justtongueit.com website, which alludes to Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, and all subdomains/sub-websites. The domain www.justtongueit.com is the property of Just Tongue It, Unipessoal Ld.ª, based in Aveiro, legal person no. 516 169 203, with the share capital of €500.00.

By accessing any part of the Service, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions described below (these “Terms of Service”), the terms and conditions of our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use the Service. The entire contents of the Service are protected by international copyright and trademark laws and other proprietary rights. The owners of the copyrights and trademarks are Just Tongue It, Unipessoal Ld.ª.

Rules for All Users

Just Tongue It is a community of learners. When you sign up for the Site, you agree to the following rules:

- Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for the substance of your communications through the Service.

- You will not share content from the Service with anyone who is not properly licensed to access the content.

- You will not upload, share, post, distribute or otherwise partake in any behavior that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates our rules or policies.

- You will not impersonate any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.

- You will not use your account to breach security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server. Not all parts of the Service may be available to you or other authorized users of the Service. You shall not interfere with anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable unless the refund is due to Just Tongue It breach of the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.

Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have the benefits of your Just Tongue It Membership through the end of your current billing period.

Free Trials

From time to time, we offer trials of paid Services for our Just Tongue It Services for a specified period without payment or at a reduced rate (a “Trial”). Just Tongue It reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for a Trial, and, subject to applicable laws, to withdraw or to modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the greatest extent permitted under the law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.

Just Tongue It Rights

Just Tongue It reserves these rights:

- We can make changes to the Just Tongue It Site and Services without notice or liability.

- We have the right to terminate your membership, account, payment, or other affiliation with the Service at any time and for any reason. We can change our eligibility criteria at any time. If these things are prohibited by law where you live, then we revoke your right to use Just Tongue It in that jurisdiction.

- We will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal violations.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Just Tongue It and you for any purpose concerning these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the other Governing Documents or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Aveiro, Portugal.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to any of the foregoing matters must be commenced within 1 (one) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Tongue It concerning the Service and the services provided by Just Tongue It. If any provision of any such document is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions thereof, which shall remain in full force and effect. Just Tongue It 's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Service or any of the other Governing Documents shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms of Service. Just Tongue It may assign its rights and duties under these Terms of Service or any of the other Governing Documents to any party at any time without notice to you.

Most communication between Just Tongue It and you will be sent and received electronically. You agree that all electronic communication between Just Tongue It and you shall satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Any rights of Just Tongue It not expressly granted herein are reserved.
